Needed my HVAC replaced. Found company through a friend posting on social media. The quote for replacement was completed via a complimentary visit. After arriving Jeff S., the PM, asked thorough questions like are there rooms in the house that seem hotter than others? that made the visit feel comprehensive. He was straightforward, patient, and answered all questions. And most of all, the replacement quoted was a fair and good price.

Great experience at every point of contact. AC went out and they had a technician out within two hours. Tanner got in there, figured out the problem and had it working perfectly in about 20 minutes. It’s such a relief when a simple problem is just taken care of with no complication or surprises. He even hung around for a few minutes to answer questions and give me some good maintenance advice. Very happy with Tanner and the Moss team, and they’ll be my go-to from now on.
